The cream, it seems to me, should be made marshmallow. and everything will be all right):

drain. oil. 100 grams

Cut the butter into small pieces. It is better to keep the oil out of the fridge for a while to make it softer.

In a jar or cup and put marshmallows.

Then we send it to the microwave. 30-40 seconds is usually sufficient. Please note: the marshmallow will swell. After that, quickly take it out and beat it with a mixer, adding pieces of plums. oils.

Add only half of the oil.

After that, you need to put the jar in cold water and continue to beat the cream, adding the remaining half of the oil. Beat like this for about 5 minutes.

The cookies turned out to be very tasty. Not an oreo, of course, but no worse. The cream turns out to be very thick if you beat it a little longer. If you don’t like cookies that are too sweet, I recommend adding less sugar to the dough. It is very tasty to eat with milk. Takes on a popcorn flavor)

Alexandra Friday, August 04, 2017 18:32 #

The dough froze badly and stuck to the cup. I had to shape the cookies by hand. Everything is delicious. but the recipe must be changed so that there are no such difficulties with the dough.

You didn’t agree on half of the recipe much more than you said I put it in the oven, I don’t know

Cookies “OREO” homemade

  • Main ingredient: cocoa
  • Generic name: cookies

Ingredient List

  • butter into the dough. 125 g, with filling. 75 g = 200 g
  • premium sifted flour. 125 g
  • cocoa powder. 50 g
  • fine salt. 1/2 tsp
  • baking powder. 1/2 tsp
  • vanilla extract. into the dough. 1/2 tsp, in the filling. 1/2 tsp = 1 tsp.
  • powdered sugar. into the dough. 100 g, with filling. 125g = 225g

Cooking method

I gave the amount of ingredients to the full rate, tried it. by half. But after we tasted this cookie, I baked it countless times at full rate.
Beat butter (softened to room temperature) with powdered sugar, adding a little of it and vanilla extract (you can use vanillin on the tip of a knife).

Mix flour, salt, cocoa powder and baking powder separately.

Add the oil mixture to the dry mixture and knead the dough with a whisk or mixer, which will turn out in the form of butter crumbs.

Collect the dough into a lump, which will turn out to be very soft and tender. Roll into a sausage with a diameter of 2.5-3 cm.Wrap in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or in the freezer for 15 minutes.

Then cut the sausage into slices about 0.5 cm wide.Quickly roll into a ball.

Flatten the ball a little with your hand and put it on a baking sheet covered with parchment at a distance of at least 2-3 cm.I laid it out close, so the cookies did not work out perfectly round.

Bake in an oven preheated to 175 degrees (no more!) For 8-10 minutes (no more!). Do not touch the finished cookies until they have cooled completely! It is very fragile, it will fall apart if warm, but when it cools down, it can be removed without problems.

Cream filling: beat the icing sugar with softened butter and vanilla extract.

Grease the cookies with cream and combine in pairs (do not press hard!). Place in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes. Now you can try. unreal delicious!

Cooking time: 12 minutes.

Servings: 6.

Homemade cookies “Oreo

It is so simple to prepare that it does not require any special skills or efforts, as a result, the son appreciated it. I can not pretend to be the originality of the recipe, it is taken from the vastness of the Internet. I would call it homemade Oreo cookies. Delicious with cold milk!

Ingredients

How to cook “Oreo cookies” step by step with a photo at home

Let’s prepare all the ingredients according to the list: cream, icing sugar, butter, vanilla, eggs, salt, sugar, baking powder, flour, cocoa. Butter for both dough and cream must be removed from the refrigerator in advance so that it is very soft.

Let’s start by making the dough. Sift flour with salt and baking powder into a bowl.

Add sifted cocoa powder.

Separately in a mixer, beat the sugar, vanilla extract and egg and butter.

Combine dry ingredients with liquid.

Knead a soft elastic dough. Put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes, wrapping it in plastic.

Then divide into 4 parts and roll each thinly, cut cookies with a cookie cutter.

You can use a plunger to apply a pattern on half of the cut circles.

Put our blanks on a baking sheet covered with parchment and bake at 200 ° C for 10-12 minutes. It is important not to overdry the cookies.

Curd biscuits “Rosettes

And again “roses” from curd dough. beautiful and tasty cookies. Only this time I needed a little more flour. Perhaps because I used packaged cottage cheese, and it is more moist than loose.

From this amount of products, approximately 24-27 “rosette”. If there are 3-4 cookies per serving, then about 6-8 servings.

How to make curd biscuits “Rosettes”:

Grind cottage cheese with sugar, eggs, softened butter (or margarine), vanilla and slaked soda.

Pour in 3 cups of flour. Add the rest of the flour little by little until the dough begins to lag behind the hands.

Knead the dough. Wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.

Then roll out the dough into a layer 2-3 mm thick. The thinner, the more spectacular the finished roses will look after baking. Personal observations. I even rolled some cut out mugs with a rolling pin.
Cut mugs out of the dough with a glass or notch.

Put 4 circles overlapping each other (out of 3 circles, the rose looks less cute).

Then cut the roll in half.

It turned out just 2 roses. such as in the photo.
I do not advise to additionally fold the edges. “petals”. They can fall apart during the baking process. It will be enough just to blind “bud”, slightly pressing the dough from below.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place the finished cottage cheese cookies on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.

Bake curd cookies in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. Cool down.
Sprinkle the finished cottage cheese biscuits with icing sugar if desired.

plushe4ka Sunday, June 29, 2014 06:56 #

Tell me, at what level do you put in the oven? So that the top is also well reddened?

initially I always put it on the middle level. I have an electric stove.

And I have such an oven that the bottom usually browns a little faster.

Therefore, if I see that the top is pale, a few minutes before the end of baking, I simply move the baking sheet to the upper level.

But at the same time, you need to watch even more carefully so that nothing burns.

In general, you need to adapt to the characteristics of your oven.
