Before connecting the trimmer to the power source, make sure that the mains voltage matches the values indicated on the trimmer label. 6. Before you begin, carefully read the trimmer controls. SPECIAL SAFETY PRECAUTIONS WHEN WORKING WITH THE TRIMMER When working with the trimmer, the maximum safety precautions should be observed. The minimum safe distance is considered to be a distance of 15 meters from a working trimmer. 10. Wear closed shoes and long pants. During the operation of the trimmer, small objects can fly off and cause injury. 11. Do not use extension cords with damage; check the condition of the extension cords before each use. When using extension cords on a reel, make sure that the cable is completely unwound before connecting to the power source. Use a retaining clip to connect the power plug to the extension cord to prevent accidental disconnection. Before performing maintenance, turn off the engine, wait for the fishing line to stop completely, and disconnect the cable from the power source. Wait for the heated parts to cool completely. Follow all the rules listed in the instruction manual. TRIMMER PREPARATION FOR WORK AND OPERATION PROCEDURE Assembly. The trimmer bar consists of the upper part, on which the engine is located directly, and the lower part, where the cutting head with fishing line or knife and protective cover are located. The attached lower part of the rod is attached to the upper part by means of a mounting sleeve. 1. Attach the lower rod to the upper one through a special coupling (the coupling is mounted on the upper part) in a position convenient for you, while the ball of the lower rod must necessarily fall into one of the holes of the coupling. Tighten the coupling screw. If the button does not fully fit into the locking hole, the shafts are not locked. It is required to slightly rotate the attached shaft by turning the bobbin or cutter until the button is locked in place. 2. Install the belt on the plastic clamp of the upper bar. Adjust to the length convenient for you. 3. Install the additional handle on the special upper rod bracket. In this case, the screw of the tubular part must pass through the hole in the handle. Tighten the screw firmly.
6 When working with the trimmer, periodically check the fixing of the bolt and (if necessary) tighten it. 4. Install the small casing on the gearbox flange, securing it with three screws. The small casing is installed with the spool and gearbox cover removed. Note: do not lose the support sleeve mounted on the spindle splines. As a result of the usual use of the fishing line extension function, over time the spool deteriorates, so the spool needs to be changed periodically. Interchangeable coils are available from retailers. Removing the spool. lock the gearbox spindle by inserting a screwdriver or hexagon into the combined holes of the gearbox cover and flange. unscrew the bobbin head with a special key. remove the spool from the gearbox spindle. The spool head screw has a left-hand thread, clockwise turning direction. When removing the spool, hold the coil, a spring is installed inside. Work with trimmer fishing line. install the additional casing on the small casing, fasten with three screws. remove the protection from the cutter-knife (mounted on an additional casing). screw the spool sleeve onto the gear spindle (left-hand thread), tighten securely with the spindle locked. install the spool with fishing line on the bushing, aligning the hexagonal groove with the bushing head. tighten the spool head (left thread) with the spindle locked.
7 Installing fishing line on the spool. Use a fishing line with a diameter of 1.0 mm. remove the coil from the bobbin case. fold a line of fishing line no more than 5 meters in half. insert the resulting loop into the groove of the dividing flange. wind the fishing line onto the reel in the direction indicated by the WIND CORD arrow, making sure that each line of fishing line is in its compartment. place the ends of the ends of the fishing line with a length of about 15 cm in the opposite grooves of the lower disc of the reel. TURNING THE TRIMMER ON AND OFF To turn on the trimmer, press the lock button (2) sequentially and then pull the trigger switch (3). To disconnect, release the trigger. RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USING THE TRIMMER Use a fishing line to mow young or not too tall grass. Always start cutting from a section closer to the power source, and gradually switch to sections that are a greater distance from the power source, while avoiding contact with the cable. Keep the cutting head or knife constantly parallel to the ground. During grass mowing, turn the trimmer in a semicircular motion from side to side at an angle of approximately 30 ° and slowly move forward. When working with a cutting head with a fishing line, a light haircut in several stages is preferable, because cutting long grass in one go can lead to winding grass onto a reel and blocking the head. Grass cutting is done with the edge of a fishing line or knife. Do not force the cutting head of the trimmer deeper into the area of the mowed grass. During operation, as well as after the end of work, check and clean the moving mechanisms (bobbin, knives and its connection with the bar) from wound grass. Operating the uncleaned trimmer may cause it to malfunction; in this case, repairing the trimmer is not a warranty.
