A 6 mm hole is drilled in the corners of both rectangles. They must be opposite each other.

On the blade of the hacksaw the holes are marked, as on the plates. They are drilled and then re-bored with a file to allow the blade to move. Grinding must be carried out horizontally both sides of the hole center.

To use the nozzle, it is necessary to grease the contact surfaces of the blade and the clamping plates with solidol.

Tighten together with bolts and nuts. Do not tighten too much. Locknuts are put on top to prevent the blade from unscrewing and clamping.

The eccentric is assembled on the angle grinder, and the head is put in place of the protective hood.
