For spools with one groove, thread the line through the hole, align the mustache, align and wind it around the spool in the opposite direction of rotation during operation. For double-groove spools, the difference is that the string must be folded in half. Changing the line to a disc

String DOES NOT extend

In automatic and semi-automatic reels, the cord is fed without stopping the trimmer. If this does not happen, then:

• The line in the head is not wound correctly, so the reel does NOT spin;
