30 Years of Manufacturing Joystick Control Zero Turn Mowers
Country Clipper is pleased to celebrate 30 years of manufacturing joystick controlled zero turn mowers. In 1989, Country Clipper developed the lawn and garden industry’s first joystick operated zero turn mower, catapulting into the zero-turn mower marketplace. After 30 years of mastering the design, Country Clipper remains the industry leader in manufacturing joystick operated machines.

Originally marketed under the Snapper brand name, Country Clipper officially launched the first joystick equipped ZTR in Spring of 1990. While mechanically the machine functioned like the standard twin stick ZTRs of the time, a linkage assembly enabled a single joystick to synchronously operate both wheel motors. When the joystick was pointed diagonally, each wheel motor would engage at just the right proportion to propel the mower diagonally. If the joystick was positioned to the left, the machine would maneuver in a zero turn. It was simple: point the joystick in the direction you want to go, and the mower will do just that.
After instant market success, Country Clipper soon began manufacturing joystick zero turn mowers exclusively under the Country Clipper brand name. Today, Country Clipper proudly offers 20 models of joystick operated machines with more than 30 years of design and user experience.
CheckMate for Country Clipper Challenger
Big League Lawns© manufactures striping rollers that connect to the full line of Country Clipper Zero Turn mowers. As the operator mows the turf, the CheckMate striping roller gently folds the grass in the direction of cut. The resulting patterns are created by sunlight reflecting from the grass. Grass that is bent away from you reflects light which appears much lighter in color. Grass that is bent towards you appears a much deeper green due to shadows being cast under the bent tips of grass. When mowed and rolled in opposing directions, vibrant patterns are created, rivaling major league ballparks throughout America.

Big League Lawns, LLC warrants their products to be free of defects in material and workmanship. This warranty does not cover defects due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, failure to properly maintain the product or used for a purpose other than which it is intended. The duration of this warranty is expressly limited to one year parts and labor beginning from the date of delivery to the original user.

Country Clipper Bagger
Protero Inc builds custom Country Clipper baggers for commercial and residential use. Our catchers fit a wide variety of Country Clipper lawn mowers including walk behind mowers and riding mowers. Our containers can hold anywhere from 7 bushels of leaves up to 22 bushels and can easily be dumped with the flip of a lever.
Our zero-turn Country Clipper bagger is ideal for residential use and lawn care companies who may have a variety of different sizes of Country Clipper zero-turn mowers. Our grass catchers can hold up to 22 bushels of leaves in a 2-container or 3-container system.
Furthermore, or zero-turn catchers can be emptied by pulling a lever conveniently located near the mowers seat. The dump lever is easy to pull and gives a secure and positive spring-like feel when the door is latched and locked into place. The improved tubular frame offers increased strength for demanding condition.

For those large jobs, our catchers for Country Clipper utility tractors makes picking up leaves a breeze! Our Country Clipper bagger system can hold up to 22 bushels of leaves.
Our largest Country Clipper bagger comes with a powerful PTO blower that converts a 540 RPM tractor to spin our large steel fan over 3,000 RPMs. The blower canister comes with a bolt in steel liner to protect the housing and the whole system comes off in seconds using the standard 3 point pins or quick hitch.
