- Stretching slightly, we put the compression ring on the piston.
- We fasten the adapter to the cylinder, having previously coated the gasket with a thin (!) Layer of silicone sealant.
- With a slight wiggle, pressing the piston ring lock to the cylinder, insert the piston after lubricating it with gasoline oil.
- When assembling the engine, lubricate the crankcase with a thin layer of red or black silicone sealant. We position the bearing-oil seal in the same way as it was before removal (according to the prints on the rubber).
- Putting the rest together. With a certain skill, the whole procedure takes about an hour.
- Carburetor adjustment starts at # 8212; two turns, that is, remove two plugs, make cuts on the screws for a screwdriver (if they are not there). Tighten the screws all the way, and then unscrew. Then start the saw and select by ear the best operating mode – without failures and with maximum power. If the carburetor is good, then further adjustment occurs no more than half a turn in one direction or the other for each bolt.

- And the most important distinguishing feature is the refueling: the 2-stroke engine is equipped with one common tank, into which gasoline mixed with oil is poured; The 4-stroke has a separate gas tank and engine oil tank.
For refueling, you must use fresh AI-92 or AI-95 gasoline and high-quality motor oil for garden equipment (manufacturers produce different oils for 2- and 4-stroke engines). Mineral, semi-synthetic or synthetic oil can be used.
The proportion of gasoline and oil for trimmers with 2-stroke engine can be found in the instruction manual for the particular model. Running in
Before starting operation, be sure to run in gasoline mowers. The operator turns on the engine, it should run for a while at idle speed. It is necessary to ensure that the engine does not overheat, there should be no load.
When running in lawn mowers, the load is gradually increased. If you start working at high rpm, the motor will not run in well, this will affect the further operation of the mower.
When you start it for the first time, you should not completely exhaust the temporary resource. After the engine runs at idle speed, you can proceed to treating the lawn. The mower should run no more than 15 minutes, after which the motor is turned off and it should cool down.
