In most cases, the balls that are installed inside are subjected to deformation, the production appears on them. Also, the problem can be in a fixing spring that has sagged significantly.

Important! You cannot fix these nodes, so you should replace them, and install the cartridge back.

Sometimes there is a situation when the cartridge is not attached to the device itself. In this case, it is necessary to check the mounting of the cartridge case, which is most likely worn due to prolonged work. There is a node at the end of the raster sleeve, and is a stop ring. Varieties and causes of jamming of the drill in the penetrator

There are two varieties of this problem:

• Either the drill in the cartridge or the transitional drill cartridge for the operation of a simple drill in the ashorator was jammed;

The first version of events happens at a time when you need to use the peorator as an ordinary drill. In these cases, a transitional clamping cartridge is used, the same as in an ordinary drill, it is mounted in the clip of the penetrator, and then they perform the process of drilling. After performing the required work, it is sometimes simply unable to pull out the drill, because the cartridge was so dragged out that it cannot be unscrewed. This basically happens when the clamp was not lubricated or was very clogged.

In order for it to take short, it is enough to process it WD-40, or use kerosene. After some time, you need to stand the cartridge slightly, while trying to shook the drill with the other hand. After that, the clamp should easily unscrew. The freed cartridge after that must be cleaned and greased.

A completely different thing if the drill stuck in the oenchial cartridge. This happens not at all like in the first version. Only twisting and occasionally small shock loads that apply to them only through clamping sponges and continuous emphasis in the bottom of the cartridge feel a drill or a drill. In the penorater, a completely different mechanism for transmitting stresses and completely not such a cinematics of the drill in the cartridge. All because it involves a revolutionary or shock direction of voltage transmission. Devices take energy from a special box, which works from the electric motor and hits their tail. The so.called grooves are on the surface of the devices, with which they are fixed in the cartridge and can withstand a reasonable load. Cheap tools use steel that did not work out, because of this, a shank may roam in a long-term work in a penetrator.

Replacing the sequins of the electric motor

The main sign that it is time to change the brushes is the formation of increased sparking in the area of ​​the electric motor collector, the rapid heating of the holders of the brushes, as well as the smell of Gary. When the brushes are not worn out, the spark can only be seen under them. Otherwise, a spark is visible throughout the collector circle.

The presence of a spark in a collector circle with unprofitable brushes is a sign of bearings wear, violation of the insulation of the rotor or stator, the burning of the collector plates, the stator burning or rotor.

Another sign that the stator burned out, we can name the presence of sparks only under one electrode. If you have a tester, then you can check the stator and rotor: measure the resistance on the rotor and stature alternately. If it is the same on both windings, then everything is in order with the stator. If you notice your peorator obvious signs of problems with a rotor or stator, you will have to carry the device to the service center for repair. As for the brushes, they can be changed independently.

To get to the place where the brushes are installed, you will need to disassemble the housing in which the engine is installed, or simply remove the back cover. Opening the lid, you will see the brushes fixed in special holders. The photo below shows what these details look like.

The brushes that are installed on the engines of the penetrators are 3 types.

• Graphite. are durable, but since they are very solid, their rubbing to the collector does not happen perfectly, which negatively affects the last way.
• Coal ones. easily rubbed to the collector, providing good contact, but wear out quickly.
• Coal-graphite-ideal option, as they are a mixture of 2 components that complement each other.

It is very important not to wait until the engine has a surge, and then change the brushes after that. Replacement is needed after their wear on 1/3 of the face value (8 mm). Even if one brush has worn out less than the other, you still need to change both.

Pay attention to the state of the spring in new brushes and contact mounting. If the spring flies during the engine operation, then it will receive significant damage. Also, if the spring is weak, then it will not be able to provide good contact.

Be sure before changing the brushes, you need to clean the rotor and the stator from the remains of graphite or coal dust. You can clean these parts using technical or medical alcohol.

Next, you should fix the electrodes in holders and rub them to the collector. To do this, put a piece of sandpaper with fine granularity on the collector and rotate in different directions, launder the electrode. The grinding continues until the contact area of ​​the electrode is rolled up. This will provide its best fit on the collector’s plates and, accordingly, the best contact.

Barrel peorators

Actors with a vertical location of the engine usually have a shock unit based on a crooked-shaped mechanism (KSHM). Below is a scheme of a shock mechanism of this type.

The shock mechanism of the unit with a vertical engine may have the following malfunctions. The connecting rod mechanism has a separate bearing, which is installed on the wheel fist with an eccentric, but sometimes it can be located at the base of the connecting rod. In some models of peorators, a sliding bearing (instead of a rolling bearing) requires a constant lubrication can be installed at this place. If it is not, or it is already old, then this knot wears out. When repairing, you will have to completely replace the connecting rod and eccentric barrel.

Another common problem. the fight has broken. This malfunction can be calculated if you notice that there is no longer a blow on your peorater. To get to the box, you will need a complete disassembly of the trunk of the device. It is done as follows.

• Disconnect the barrel from the case of the peorater, remove the cartridge (see. The description is higher). Tap the table on the table so that the piston falls out of it. Take a rubber hammer and knock out the barrel from the body.
• Remove the locking ring holding the bearing.
• Remove the bearing itself and remove the balls with a light tapping on the table.
• After extracting 3 balls, you can stretch out a ragged sleeve.
• As well as in the previous case, remove the balls on the sleeve, just do not mix them up with those that were removed earlier (these smaller balls). After extracting the balls, you need to insert the screwdriver into the sleeve and push the fight.

In this case, the fight is whole. But if it is broken, then replace it with a new. You should also pay attention to sealing gum and seals in the trunk housing. If they are worn out, then they are subject to replacement.

Pistol.type peorators

The device of the shock mechanism in the pistol type aggregate is slightly different from the same mechanism installed in the barrel.type apparatus.

Its main difference is that the piston does not move with a connecting rod, but from a swinging (“drunk”) bearing. Therefore, the most common breakdown of this node is the wear of a “drunk” bearing that needs to be replaced.

The next photo shows a destroyed “drunk” bearing, which is the reason that the peorator stopped hammering.

A swinging bearing is removed with a flat screwdriver that needs to be picked up by a bracket and extract it. After that, the bearing is easily separated from the gearbox body.

When replacing the collapsed bearing, the gearbox should be well washed, since it is in its body that fragments of a broken part can remain.

After cleaning and installing a new bearing, you should apply a bold layer of grease to this block.

Also, the reason that the device does not beat, can be a broken steam. To get it, you need to remove the locking ring, which is visible in the hole.

Take a small screwdriver, pick up the ring with it, and shift it to the right (in the direction of the six).

Do the same actions on the other side of the details. Next, insert the screwdriver into the opening of the part and sell the removed internal parts of the mechanism.

After this action, a locking ring will easily get, and the case in which there is a broken shock baton.

If you disassemble this case, you will see a “culprit” of a malfunction, due to which the peorator does not hammer.

When assembling the shock mechanism, do not forget to apply a lubricant abundantly on all its parts.

How to disassemble the inferator cartridge to replace it or repair

There are two main types of cartridge-SDS-Plus, SDS-MAX. Sometimes there are other cartridges.

SDS-Plus

Most of the penetrators belong to this type. The cartridge consists of the following details:

• Metal body of the cartridge.
• Spring.

• Metal ball.
• Stop the ball.
• Plastic boot.
• Stop ring.
• Rubber boot.

The metal body of the cartridge is motionless and associated with the shock mechanism. It has a hole for the drill in the middle, in which there are slots holding the drill from the turn. At the end of the hole is an oval groove holding a metal ball.

The spring is installed on the outer surface of the cartridge case and fixed with a plate. The ball is started in the groove on the plate on top, held by a stop, which is limited to a locking ring. On top of this design, plastic and rubber anthers closed the whole design.

SDS-MAX

The device is similar to the SDS-Plus cartridge device. It consists of:

• Metal body of the cartridge associated with the shock mechanism.
• Two oval videos.
• Springs.

• Plastic casing.

• Rubber gasket on the outer part of the case.

The metal case transfers a blow to the drill and has slot grooves inside, along which a drill or peak is installed. A plastic boot is placed on top, which simultaneously fixes the ball into the groove, squeezing the stopping mechanism of the spring. The plastic casing is oriented according to the plastic guide on the case of the peorator and has grooves. At the end, a rubber seal is placed outside the housing, the oil seal inside the housing and rubber boiler.

Other cartridges

From other cartridges, it is worth mentioning a replaced cartridge for some Bosch models. It is equipped with two nozzles. If desired, you can remove the SDS-Plus cartridge and install a fast-packed cartridge for the drill.

The device for drilling and peaks is similar to the usual cartridge for other peorators of the same size. At the bottom there are fixing elements and a groove, according to which it holds on a quick.sitting mechanism.

In the upper part there is a cartridge case on which there is a ball, a spring, a plastic casing, stopping and stubborn rings, a rubber boot.

The nozzle for the Sovers and the Meshoks is the same as that of the usual drilling cartridge. It consists of two parts connected by a mobile thread with a small step. The upper fast.packed plastic is made of plastic, and for its dismantling it is required to remove the fixing upper wide ring. Then the cartridge is easily disassembled, clamping fists are removed and it is possible to maintain it.

Dismantling of the SDS-Plus cartridge with the replacement of the sleeve

Often there is a need to replace the sleeve on which the amurator’s cartridge rests. To do this, it is necessary to disassemble, removing the boot, stopping and stubborn rings, remove the ball and spring and remove the plastic casing.

After that, you can remove the fixing videos and the cartridge bushing.

The sleeve consists of a cartridge, a shock bolt and a guide for a shock bolt, if it is necessary to replace it, you can put a new one, or replace the components of the parts.

Sometimes there is a situation when the main nest of the inferator is inserted by a quick-sounding shift cartridge for a drill on the SDS-Plus adapter.

If it is not removed as a result of a breakdown, then problems may arise with the disassembly and replacement of the cartridge.

It will not be possible to remove the rings and the casing, remove the spring, since the rapidly recovery lock on the dimensions will not allow this to do this. Therefore, first you will need to remove the fast.packed cartridge from the peorator.

At first, the fast.packed nozzle weakens, and inside it you can see a screw with grooves for the screwdriver. It is unscrewed and removed to the SDS adapter. After that, it is possible to disassemble the infantry cartridge.

Typical clamping malfunctions

Most often there are two of them: the tool in the node is not fixed or the tool jams and it is not possible to extract it. In the first case, the reason will be the wear and loss of stubborn and fixing rings, the wear of the ball, wear of the tool, wear of the slots in the cartridge case. In the second case, the reason is usually a poor.quality tool in which the shank has grinned as a result of impacts.

This usually happens on SDS-MAX and jack hammers with this shank.

In the first case, you can repair the infantry cartridge with the replacement of parts. In the second. you have to disassemble without taking out the tool. In some cases, this is possible, in others. you will have to saw off part of the drill or peak with a corner grinder, remove the sleeve and pull out the fragment from the other side. Only a quality tool for this model should be used.
