If the flywheel itself has not come off, then take a mallet and slightly knock it down, it is easily removed, from the side of the starter with a 13 head to unscrew the ratchet of the starter, the thread is right.
Here we are getting to the oil seals, you can see the oil and dust around the seals, it means the seals are leaking, the customer said to change the seals.
Take out the old seals thin screwdriver, all cleaned, take the new seals (size 12227, 3, such are on Chinese mowers in 26 and 33cm3) lubricate the outside and inside oil, stuffed with a suitable head.
