Before you go on a trip with your electronics and household appliances, you should know the weight and dimensions you are allowed to carry.
The system of charging by weight is applied by most carriers of the CIS, Asian and European countries. Standard weight limits per baggage item (may vary depending on airline conditions) are as follows
According to the weight system, the air carrier limits passengers exactly in the weight of the cargo, not in the amount of weight. That is, one citizen whose ticket includes 20 kg of luggage may carry two bags of 10 kg each. Every kilogram over the allotted weight is paid for separately, according to the fares.
Maximum dimensions are limited to 203 cm (sum of three dimensions).
For flights departing or departing from the United States, Canada, Mexico and South American nations, other rules apply. Every citizen whose fare includes baggage is entitled to carry on:
One seat weighs no more than 23 kg. economy class (from the U.S. and Canada, two seats are most often provided);

Dimensions and weight of transported equipment are calculated together with package. For example, if the TV set fits snugly into the allowed dimensions, but exceeds them because of the wrapped film, cardboard or case, it cannot be transported under the general rules.

Firstly the vials exceed the 100 ml limit and secondly the bottle of foam is under pressure, which can be dangerous on flights.
It’s always allowed to take onboard accessories in tubes. they won’t count as liquids. You can also buy everything you need at your local store when you arrive.
It is also forbidden to carry bulky bottles with less than 100ml of liquid left over. Only shavers with a maximum capacity of 100 ml are permitted in the cabin. You have the right to purchase special travel kits. all items in them are approved for carriage on an airplane. You can also take small bottles of toiletries from the hotel where you are staying.

Rules of carrying a razor in hand luggage
When planning a business trip or vacation, people often prefer to travel by plane, as this method of travel can save a lot of time. But there is a question of how to organize your luggage so that there are no problems at the airport inspection. Many people, especially men, wonder if you can take a razor on an airplane.

Rules for transportation of hand luggage
Passenger baggage allowed for carriage in cabin is considered hand baggage and shall be marked with “Cabin baggage” tag (exceptions in Personal Effects section) issued by carrier and carried free of charge on condition:
Weight and dimensions by the sum of three measurements and each measurement in particular do not exceed the norms established by tariff.
Children under 2 years of age traveling without a seat are not allowed a hand baggage item, unless they are on a “Lite” fare.
Cabin baggage must be placed under the passenger seat. Small light items and passenger overclothes may be placed over the passenger seat in a closing baggage compartment.
Cabin baggage is the responsibility of the passenger. In case of interruption of the flight specified in the carriage document, the passenger, when disembarking from the aircraft, must take with him/her his/her hand baggage and personal belongings placed there.
Restrictions on carry-on liquids, gels and aerosols in hand luggage currently apply at airports in the area. This restriction applies to: water, drinks, creams, perfume, contents of spray cans, deodorants, toothpaste, any other similar substances. Passengers are allowed to carry the above mentioned substances on board, but only if they are packed in containers with a capacity not exceeding 100 ml and in a resealable, transparent plastic bag with a volume not exceeding 1 l. A passenger may carry only one such baggage.

Requirements for carried baggage in a separate passenger seat
Baggage that requires special conditions of transportation (e.g., valuable, fragile, breakable items) may be accepted for carriage in a passenger seat in the cabin of an aircraft if
The passenger must pay for an extra seat (passenger seat) at passenger fare (no extra baggage charges are applicable in this case).

Baggage delivery to the aircraft, its lifting, placement in the cabin, removal from the aircraft and delivery from the aircraft shall be made by the passenger carrying this baggage.
Passengers are allowed to carry the following items as carry-on baggage, in excess of the established norms and at no extra charge:
- A backpack or a handbag or a briefcase with items inside the backpack, bag or briefcase not exceeding one piece, weighing not more than 5 kg and with dimensions not exceeding 40x30x20 cm, allowing safe placement in the cabin;

A foldable wheelchair must be checked in the passenger’s baggage. Such passengers are provided with a wheelchair for temporary use on board. Maximum passenger weight 250 kg, width between armrests 34 cm.
A baby carriage or baby carriage, including a walking stick, is carried in the baggage compartment of the aircraft as checked baggage in excess of the fixed baggage allowance. Passenger may use the wheelchair until boarding the aircraft. A baby carriage must be handed over for loading in the baggage compartment immediately before boarding the aircraft.

How to avoid trouble

What to do if your baggage has been confiscated
Items taken away that have no value are disposed of and will not be returned to the owner. But if items that may not be taken on the plane are dear to the owner, there are several ways to keep them
- If items are found at the check-in stage, you should give them to the escort or send them by mail;
- If what is found is not intended to be carried in carry-on luggage, you may check it in your luggage;

When you can carry prohibited items

- inform the crew that the battery is located at a certain place on the plane;
- If the battery is non-removable, it must be carefully insulated, but if it is removable, you can take it with you in the cabin, but it must be well packed.
Instructions for transporting lithium-ion batteries and devices containing them on board
the wheelchair itself is checked-in for the flight, and only one battery may be transported. Weapons are also forbidden to be carried. But there are options when you can carry collectors’ or hunters’ items and ammunition for them with a special permit. To do so, it is necessary that
- At the stage of purchasing a ticket, you must declare your desire to carry such an item;
- two permits must be issued: for removal and for storage;
- The weapon must be in a special case, the ammunition in a package.
If hunting weapons are transported, you must arrive at the check-in two hours in advance. At the registration the weapons are handed over, and they are received when they arrive at their destination. The weight of what you are carrying may not exceed 5 kilograms.
Despite the fact that there are options to carry a special permit for weapons, but there are exceptions, when the forbidden items for transportation can not be brought on an aircraft, even with a special permit. Such things include ammunition for a gas pistol.
